Sorry but with this rank you won't be able to get a seat in computer science in usit Dwarka.  The cutoff for usit goes very high that is you must get a rank within 250 being a delhite to secure your seat in this college. Here is a cutoff list that would make you more clear about the ranking part for Delhi general Candidate-

Round 3 - Min. Rank - 11 Max. Rank - 250

Round 2 -Min. Rank - 111 Max. Rank - 218

Round 1 - Min Rank 1 - Max. Rank - 93
