Please guide me for some core branches for which i have a chance at any respective NIT or IIIT

NIT and IIIT - both are equally good college with great exposure and amazing facilities, placements and experienced faculty.

so both are good options. My suggestion would be apply for both and choose core based on your interest which will only help to get through, or else based on others views taking some core might add up extra burden. That will spoil your involvement even though you are an NIT/IIIT student.

If you get admission in both then well and good pick one.
