NEET PG aspirants are demanding postponement of the exams as the counselling process of NEET PG 2021 is clashing with this year’s exam. NEET candidates are demanding a gap between the exam and the counselling process so that those who don’t get a seat during the counselling can appear for the NEET PG 2022.
NEET aspirants are demanding to postpone the NEET PG exam with the hashtag #postponeneetpg2022 on Twitter.
Earlier, a circular claiming that NEET PG counselling had been postponed was doing rounds on social media platforms. The decision was taken due to the Covid-19 situation, claimed the circular. However, it was fake and the government had issued an advisory later.

Important information for the candidates
- Candidates can apply for NEET (UG)-2022 through “Online” mode only.
- Submission of Online Application Form may be done by accessing NTA website ntaneet.nic.in. The Application Form in any other means will not be tolerated.
- Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Candidates not complying with the instructions shall be summarily disqualified.
- Candidates must ensure that e-mail Addresses and Mobile Numbers provided in the Online Application Form are their own or parents only as all information/ communication will be sent by NTA through e-mail on the registered e-mail address or SMS on registered Mobile numbers only.

It is too early to tell anything about the dates of neet 2022 as counselling for 2021 session has not even started. The counselling is scheduled to start soon and would take around a month to conclude. Once the counselling for the last session is completed then only any initiative would be taken for next session. Generally the neet examination is conducted on the first Sunday of May and the authorities would like to continue the same to bring back the education cycle on the track but it is unlikely to happen due to the surge in corona cases. I request you you to keep checking the official website of National testing agency for all the regular updates regarding the same. Please note that anything would be clear only when NTA releases the official brochure with all the information on the same.
