No, IITs and NITs do not give the admission in Architecture . NATA stands for the National Aptitude Test for Architecture.

But IIT Roorkee and Kharagpur do provide Architectural courses.But not through NATA Score. They conduct a separate examination AAT (Architectural Aptitude Test) .Only those candidates who qualify JEE Advance can register for this examination.

IIT's & NIT's has their own entrance exam to get admission for B.arch program. There is no specific list of IIT & NIT's. But, t here are many institutes in India that accepts NATA score. Here are some institute including IIT , NIT which accept NATA score are :
