Qualified for GATE in ST quota with the score of 250.Are there any psu's am eligible for and if any please suggest me

The Gate PSU cutoff depends solely on the company policy and various factors. It is to be understood that the GATE cutoff scores will also differ from discipline to discipline.
Your score is too low for any PSU.
You can also try next year might be you get better marks..
