For all over India medical colleges except AIIMS and JIPMER , the admission procedure is only through NEET Exam and it’s scores.
Hence, you do not need to give any extra exam for MBBS admission.

If you are asking specifically regarding Manipal University ,Jaipur it only provides bachelor's degree in courses like Engineering ,Basic Science,Hotel Management,Architecture and design,Management and commerce ,Computer Application,Arts and laws,Humanities and Social Science,Journalism and mass communication. They don't provide any course in Medical.
If your are asking about just Manipl University, Kasturba Medical college Mangalore which comes under Manipal University offers MBBS courses.
And the admission criteria is through the Neet Rank.There is no separate examiantion to be admitted in it.
