Hey,

Well yes,you can get job with normal english. There is nothing to feel unconfident or hesitant even if you can't speak fluent English. Yes,there are certain fields where you must have command over English but there are other fields as well where there is no such barrier.

You must be confident of yourself no matter what. You must be able to put across your views. You must know what you want to convey.

Still work on spoken English and for heaven's sake don't join any coaching Institute for spoken English. You can rather practice it yourself. Read English Journals,Newspapers,watch English movies. Speak as much as possible.

its ok to be normal in english.you will get job if you try sincerely.

please listen to spoken english classes in youtube and read out loud daily english newspaper.

practice makes man perfect
