sir i am a 3rd yr btech student from mechanical branch sir i got-0.28 marks out of 100 in gate 2022 which is not qualified marks can i apply for counselling or not as i am a 3rd yr student and not qualified in gate sir i am a ST category student is there any criteria for counseling i have7.37cgpa

See for ST category the cut-off for GATE 2022 is 18.7 Mechanical Engineering branch and since you have score (-)0.28 marks so definitely you are not eligible for GATE counselling using your GATE 2022 score but as you are in 3rd year of your B.Tech right now so you can appear for GATE 2023 as well in your final year and try to get good score in it.
