see cutoff scores changes year to year and depends on various factors like number of participants, questions difficulty level, your branch of engineering etc. see you did not mention which stream you belongs to. for north east nits mtech cutoff goes lower,, you you may apply for north east nits, nit durgapur, nit harim pur, vit vellore etc.
