sir I am working in ABG group HINDALCO f. my education is diploma in electrical engineering with regular and correspondence b. tech from Rajasthan vidyapeeth but my firm not consider it. I hv not promoted from last 16 yes, pls suggest for any course from ignou and my growth.

First of all Aditya Birla Group provides the facility of internal mobility among its group companies. You can easily get a switch to other companies. Now considering your electrical engineering background there is no course as such now that would match your engineering background in ignou but you can do a certification course on Energy Technology and Management from ignou or pursue various courses available on NPTEL for electrical engineering like Power System Analysis or Control Engineering that would corroborate your profile and you can try for a switch to Ultra Tech Cement or you can go for Business Management course which will give a boost to your career. Moreover do take part in whichever training program is organized in the company. ABG is an amazing company and that would definitely help you with your career development.
