Hope you are doing well. It's a nice score but it is difficult to get government seat for mbbs with 565 marks. Your predicted rank is around 37382- 48532. But you can try for bds or bams government seat or semi government seat for mbbs.
For getting government seat for mbbs you need to score around 600.
As the cutoff for Haryana state remains high some time there state cutoff is more then AIQ. Therefore the cutoff of following state remains high.
You can take admission in uttarakhand and west bengal through 15% all India quota but not in 85% state quota.
The qualifying marks for general category is 50% and for sc- st it is 40%.
