Sir I got 68k CRL rank and 18k in obc cat. So can I get home state nit Jaipur,in machanical/civil branch in any counclling round

According to last year trend NIT Jaipur Civil brach Cutoff rank for Home state quota is 9703 in OBC NCL.
& Mechanical Cutoff Rank is 10244 in OBC NCL.
so Your rank is approx Double than That..So there is very slim chance To get in to Both field..
