Congratulations you have got very good percentile.
We can't exactly predict the Colleges.Your expected rank based on NTA percentile is between 8 and 8.5 thousand.So you have a chance to get into nits.
But you have to wait for the official cut offs which will be released in the month of April.
My suggestion is to get still more marks in the exam( JEE mains) which will be conducted in the month of April.

You easily able to fetch good NIT based upon your percentile but we cannot say sure shot at this moment as your rankings will come after April Jee.
