sir i have alloted seat in a pvt collage can i cancel the seat after the cut off date can i get paid tution fee refunded ?

Whether your tution fees will be refunded or not will depend on the guidelines of that particular college. Although in most private colleges there is a specified date uptil which you can get your refund but some colleges may not refund at all.
