Sir I want to apply for UPSEE 2nd round counselling but I fill my category as General but I belong to EWS. Can I change my category now?

Hello,
First of all there is no reason to panic. Provided you are EWS and have required proof, no one can deny your reserved seat for admission if you receive any. You have to make sure that you have appeared for examination in UPSEE from EWS category itself.
