Sir, If I get Ft in biology and I have passed in 5 subjects with additional subject in cbse board,Should I give the exam again?

Hey Aspirant, In order to get the admission in a good college you need to give the compartment exam for the exam in which you are failing in order to get passing marks and mmore in the second attempt. As not clear cut passing in class 12th would be an obstacle in getting admission in the college.
