You have not mentioned the application form for which you want to make corrections. If you are talking about any entrance exam application form or College admission application form then you will get mostly have chance for Correction window during which you can edit your details but in some cases this option is not available my some application form providing exam or College.
Check the official website of entrance exam or College for which you have filled application form for Correction window dates.
