First of all congratulations for such a good percentile. Your general category rank would be around 40,000. This much rank is not enough to get admission in a good NIT until you have a HomeState quota. But don't worry you have one more chance in your hand so give your best and try to score more in April attempt.

Congratulations to you for obtaining such a good percentile. Your AIR in jee mains will be almost 36000-40000.You have not mentioned your state. As a open category for other state NITs (top NITs), you will get a seat for biotechnology.
If you are belonging from categories like obc and state, you will get a seat for civil engineering or Metallurgical engineering.
