You have not mentioned the name or code of the course in which you want to take admission.
Also, getting a rank more than 100k in IPU CET is not possible because at most 60-70k students appear for exam, out of which less than 55k are qualified.
It could be a case that 190107 could be your JEE Mains rank and you are asking regarding B.Tech. If it so, then the cut offs for B.Tech in IP University is really unpredictable this time due to the exclusion of CET-131. Thus, nothing could be said in advance.
