sir my rank is 2049 with obc category, i got ihm kolkata in 1st round, bt i didn't report, can i again get ihm kolkata in 3rd round?

you can get ihm kolkata in 3rd counseling session also. but dont miss the chance if it does than you can also take direst admission there. as your arnak is good . they will take your admission directly but dont miss the chance of getting admission in ihm kolkata. all the best have agreat future ahead.

Yes, you can do that. But this time don't miss the counselling at any cost. You don't get a chance in IHM evreytime.
