Dear sir,
Firstly congratulate your on our behalf ,the result of your son is very good. As of now the official cutoffs are not yet been declared so we can't predict which college and which branch your son will get. If you want you can go through the last year's cutoffs through the below link https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-b-arch-b-planning
You have to wait till April to know the official cutoffs. Hope for the best,good luck
