You have no chance of getting into AIIMS this year since the cut off of AIIMS 2018 was 99.57 percentile for general category,97.4 percentile for obc and 94.1 percentile for SC /ST.Seeing the cut off trends you may estimate your Chances.
Every year cut off goes always above 98 percentile for general category so there is no hope for you getting into AIIMS this year .
