This thing depends on various factors and they are:
Private/Government
Tier1/Tier2/Tier3
Infrstructure
and many more.
But for the sake of you convinience the rough average fees per semester for colleges are as follows:
Private:
Tier1: 80,000 to 1,00,000
Tier2/Tier3: 60,000 to 70,000
Governement:
Tier 1: 35,000 to 50,000
Tier2/Tier3: 30,000 to 45,000
