Hello,
There is no government quota in deemed Universities.
Admission to deemed Universities will be conducted on the basis of MCC Counselling. The counselling of NEET 2018 for Deemed and Central universities will be conducted in a total of three rounds, with first, second and mop up counselling rounds.
