to become a collector what cource should I take after 10
For becoming a district magistrate or collector of the respective district you are required to do the mentioned below things after 10th:
- First of all you have to clear your 10 + 2 class level board examination from any stream and after then you are required to complete your graduation from a recognised University in any specialisation.
- After completing your graduation you are required to to appear for union Public Service Commission IAS examination.
- If you qualify the prelims and mains of UPSC examination. You are required to appear for interview round.
- After qualifying interview round you will be selected as an Indian administrative Service officer.
- After complete experience of 8 years in the Indian administrative Services you will be promoted to the district magistrate post or collector post of a district.
