Out of the three I would suggest you to take Vit as it has better ranking than others currently.Also the fees of Vit is less as compared to Manipal.Talking about Manipal then I would say that only go for it if you are getting very good branch of your choice.Manipal has great reputation but Vit has better rankings and placements.So choose wisely.
