I understand that you are inquiring about the total head count of the number of candidates who appear for the UGAT entrance examination and so to answer your question, there are several factors which govern the same which are:
- Number of participating institutes,
- Success rate of students in previous year,
- Participation ratios,
- Courses offered.
As per last year an average of 2 lakh people approximately appeared for the same.
