I am providing is a list of documents required for UPSEE counselling. The documents are-
- UPSEE 2019 Rank Card.
- UPSEE 2019 Admit Card.
- Class 12 th Certificate & Marks Sheet.
- Rural Weightage Certificate (if applicable).
- Domicile Certificate.
- Domicile Certificate of the candidate’s parents (for candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from outside UP).
- Character Certificate.
- Medical Fitness Certificate.
- Category Certificate for (SC/ST/OBC candidates).
- Sub-Category Certificate (if applicable).
- Income Certificate (if applicable).
- GDDA Category Certificate (if applicable)
You are advised to keep the following documents during counselling and attested photocopies of the documents with yourself.
