Hey Madhu, For study medicine in nepal candidates must have completed their 10+2 or any other equivalent exam from a recognized institute with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as subjects to study medicine in Nepal. Many institutes also demand that candidates score minimum 50% in the PCB combination. The minimum age limit is 17 years.
Document Checklist to study medicine in Nepal :
These are some important documents that students need to carry along for the admission process:
Age Certificate –which may be a high school leaving certificate or similar other document with the date of the candidate clearly mentioned and duly signed by the Head of Institute last studied.
Conduct Certificate –along with photo copies –duly signed by the Head of Institute last studied
Nationality Certificate –it may be the photocopy of your Passport or Identity Card or Citizenship Card issued by a competent authority.
Marksheets, Transfer Certificate, and Migration Certificates.
A self-addressed envelope sized 10x22.5 cm for sending acknowledgement card.
Students must be careful not to furnish original copies, as the admission authority is not responsible for returning them. Originals are only required to verify furnished documents at the time of admission.
Interview Letters : Based on the application form and upon found satisfactory by the admission authority, interview letters will be dispatched. Students must carry this invitation letter along with them for admission.
