What are the special inputs given to LPU students for the preparation of their placements apart from PEP classes?
Professional Enhancement Programme: The curriculum incorporates specific courses (subjects) under the notion of Professional Enhancement Programmes (PEP) in which the students are prepared to crack the placement processes. PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester covering:
Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning)
Quantitative Aptitude Skills
Technical Aptitude Skills
Presentations and Soft Skills
Mock Exercises (Mock Interviews, GDs, Mock Tests, etc.)
National Level Benchmark Assessment of students

there is a separate placement cell in the campus which offers PEP classes and training for the interview of placements. There is also an entreprenaurship cell in the campus, which hepls students to start their own start-ups if they have good ideas which includes incubation centres, mentoring, associations and capacity building programs.
