What I am eligible for Anna University and any other gov. Colleges of TN ,belong from non Tamil ,and nios student ?

Yes you are eligible to apply for Anna University and other colleges as well. The only thing is you won't get the benefits of domicile reservation and stuff, but since you hv quite good score you can easily get admission. Start applying to these universities and wait for the results.
