What is difference between on-campus placement and off - campus placement

In Campus placement , the companies will visit your college and based on the performance of the students in your college or departments they will be selected. Now here the students those are compared and selected to be the best are the students of your own college but in walk-in interview or off-campus interview you will be compared and tested among students who are from another college. Also there can be job seekers who have a 1/2 year experience who will appear in the interview with you. Thus in off campus placement its tough to establish yourself to be the best where as in college placement the competition can be high but the rigidity of knowledge is approximately bounded by the syllabus. So you have the same probability as the others have.

on campus placements are those in which the tech and non tech companies approach directly in 3rd and 4th year of degree or engineering to hire students i.e the students gets job .for that the companies come to colleges and test students like a short exams and they test their skills to see if they can be hired.its easy if one gets job through campus placements that means you dont to have to go to any other companies seeking job the companies come to college and offer you salary and job

off placemnts are those in which you have to go to the companies after your degree or engineering or anyother seeking job.now this becomes a little difficult because the competition is comparitively high because in campus placemnts the competition is between few students and off placemnts many people allover india can approach if they want so it would be little tough to fetch a job.but if you have good skill and all its easy to fetch a job even off placemnts.in most of the colleges which are not that reputed so no placemnts,students learn thier own the skills and go off placemnts and get a job!.so focus on the skill either off or on placemnts.
