Class 12th marks in ap board is the marks obtained by you in intermediate 2nd year of your board.
As intermediate 1st years marks is equivalent to 11th class and 2nd year is equivalent to class 12th marks.
So wherever your class 12th marks is asked fill the marks obtained by you in intermediate 2nd year.

Total marks will be the marks which you obtained by adding the marks of the all the subject which you have appeared in intermediate 2nd year. Like physic you got 65/100 chem you got 60/100 math you 70/100 English you 65/100 then total marks for this 4 subject will be 260/400. Like this you can calculate yours total marks.
