what is the criteria of best of 4 subjects..? we have to choose between hindi or english or we can choose both for Bachelor of commerce...

You are supposed to choose one language and if you add 2 languages in best 4 subjects then you shall get marks deduction.
Practically it has to be English/Hindi.
