See there are various government medical colleges in India and different colleges have different cut-offs and also there are two process to get into government medical college on the basis of your NEET score, either through State quota counselling of your state or through All India Quota counselling. For state quota counselling, being an OC candidate you should target for at least 580+ marks in NEET to get good government medical college of the state. Through All India Quota counselling you should have at least 640+ for AIIMS and JIPMER like institutions and for other GMCs you should try to have minimum 580-600+ out of 720 in NEET 2021.
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
