MBBS fees structure in India is as under:
Deemed University
There are a total of 6204 MBBS seats (Management and NRI quota) offered by 42 deemed universities across the countries. The annual MBBS course fee for the Management quota in the various deemed universities is usually high and varies anywhere between INR 2,11,000/- to INR 22,50,000/-. The lowest fee is being offered by MG Institute of Medical Sciences, Sevagram Wardha, while that of SRM Medical College and Hospital, Chennai, is the highest.
GOVERNMENT COLLEGES
All India Quota –The annual tuition MBBS course fee for the All India quota seats is lowest in Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi (INR 240/- annually) while the highest fees is that of Goa Medical College, Panaji at INR 89,500/- annually.
State Quota – The MBBS course fee in the government colleges for the state quota is determined by the state counselling authority. The course fee for MBBS for state quota can be as low as INR 250/- annually in Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi. The state with the lowest annual course fee of INR 4000/- for state quota, is Tamil Nadu. It is highest in the state of Maharashtra with an annual fee of INR 70,900/-.. The annual state quota MBBS course fee is usually same for all categories except for Uttar Pradesh where it is different for the reserved (INR 9000/-) and unreserved categories (INR 18,000/-).
NRI Quota – Certain government/government aided colleges have seats reserved for the NRI candidates. The MBBS course fee for the entire curriculum in such institutions falls in the range of 20,000 USD to 75,000 USD.
PRIVATE COLLEGES :
Management Quota – The course fee of MBBS for the Management Quota seats ranges from INR 4,00,000/- in the medical colleges of Kerala to as high as INR 17,95,000/- in the National Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
NRI Quota –The average annual MBBS course fee for students applying under the NRI quota is 25,000 USD.
Government QuotaThe MBBS course fee for these seats, even in the private institution, is less as compared to the other categories and lies somewhere between INR 10,000/- to INR 7,00,000/- annually.

The fees for the entire duration of MBBS varies greatly over Pvt. and Govt. medical Colleges.
For the Pvt. ones, it's general trend follows that the yearly fees is around Rs. 11 lakhs and added to that is separate accommodations and mess Charges,
Thus taking the total to nearly 60-70 lakhs for the entire course.
Whereas the same for Govt. Colleges is quite cheap.
In some colleges the yearly fees is below Rs. 10k while in DU quota college, the annual fee is around Rs. 1400.
Thus the total fees is around Rs. 60-70k for the Govt. ones, rarest of all reaches Rs. 1 lakh.
Even hostel Charges are quite minimal and feasible.

Thier are two different colleges mainly government and private colleges so in government colleges the fees is less when compared to the private colleges the government college fees differs from state to state as of now my state has fees of 23,430/-
And for private colleges it is around 60,000/-
