what is the last all India rank to get free seat into mbbs
There is nothing such as free seat. There are Government Medical Colleges, Private Medical Colleges, Deemed/Central Universities. Under All India Counselling. 15% of Government Medical College seats, IP Quota of ESIC, Deemed/Central Universities conduct their admissions. Except for the Management seats of Central/Deemed Universities that seek their admission through All India Quota, all the seats that are filled through AIQ counselling are Government seats.
