According to the official information,the syllabus for JIPMER will be same as prescribed by the State board higher secondary and CBSE 11th and 12th classes. The detailed syllabus has not been given by JIPMER Puducherry.But you can check the link below for syllabus from CBSE 11th and 12th classes as prescribed:
