It's perfectly even not known to the media...but some are expecting to be some sort of mislead in college allotment, or maybe in the ranking procedure...whatever it is, Candidates still have no any better clue about this.

As far as I know the merit list of first round of Bihar state quota counselling has already been released, which can be found in https://bceceadmissions.nic.in/RegistrationSys/Default.aspx

The second round of counselling is expected to start on second week of August.
There is no news about cancellation of the counselling in Bihar , as of now .
