what should I do adter joining college from 1st year till 4th year to get good placemets like Google, Microsoft etc.and how my mindset should be to achieve it.

Hope you are doing great.

You need to work hard if you want to get placement in these MNCs because these are everyone's dream companies, everyone struggles to get placement in them. So, first of all, you need to maintain at least 8.00 CGPA till the 4th year. Another thing is that along with your academics try to learn new skills right from the first semester. Like in the first semester you can try to learn new languages like Java, C++, etc. As you move forward you could start learning data structure and algorithms. You must be a problem solver. You have to focus on your communication skills.

You can work on some of the relevant projects because this will give you an edge on your CV. You can do internships, can do volunteership in NGOs. So, these are the few things, if you work on them you will get your dream job.

Always think positive and be motivated all the time. This is must. Try to score well in your academics. Atleast try to score 8+ CGPA because there are more chances for you to get placed in top MNCs like Google, Microsoft.
