Registration fees ie- the amount of money you have paid for registration in specific round of counselling is non refundable.
Here, we are not talking about security fees because security fees is always refundable.
So you can not get your registration fees back.

Can you rephrase your question?
The non-refundable means that it is indeed, NON REFUNDABLE that means the amount will not be credited into your account because it has been processed for whatever reason you paid it for.
