How many colleges participate in Common Law Admission Test?
24 national law universities are participating institutes of CLAT. All 24 NLUs offer 5-year LLB courses, whereas 21 of them offer one-year LLM programme.
Note that in addition to the NLUs, there are many other CLAT affiliated institutes and other colleges that offer admissions based on CLAT scores. The difference between then the NLUs is that they may also use other exam scores like AILET. Further, they don't take part in the CLAT counselling process conducted by the consortium of NLUs.
