When will the state ranks come out? Also with a rank of 4745 is there a possibility of getting seat in private/management quota in karnataka

Yes, there is a very good possibility that you can get a seat through management quota for the institute or university that you are looking for but you'll have to pay a hefty amount as fees and donation.
The state ranks will be out very soon.
