Here is the list of the documents required in NEET Counselling, Uttar Pradesh which are as follows:
- NEET Admit card
- online application form ( copy of the original document)
- Marksheet of NEET
- Marksheet of class 12th.
- Marksheet of class 10th.
- Aadhar card/PAN Card/ passport/Driving license( ID Proof)
- Provisional allotment letter
- passport size photograph
