Which is a better college for mbbs iggmc nagpur or gmc aurangabad, please guide

Indira Gandhi Government Medical College & Hospital is one of the Three Government Medical Colleges in Nagpur city and one among the top ten Govt.
College has a facility of 16 OPD chambers belonging to various specialities (Orthopaedics, E.N.T., Opthalmology, Paediatrics, Surgery etc.
College has various equipment available in casualty are resuscitation kits, ECG machine, Defibrillator etc.
The college also offers various courses in Diploma, Post Graduate and Nursing.
The college has a well stacked library and other facilities.
College is not much big but the colleges faculties are well experienced.
Fees is 96400 per year which includes tution fees hostel fees gym fees etc.
Govt Medical College & Hospital Aurangabad is affiliated to the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.
Offers undergraduate (MBBS, B.Sc) and postgraduate (MD/MS/PG Diploma/DM) courses in various fields.
The campus is large in size. The facilities are nice but not so excellent.
Hostel and mess available.
overall iggmc is better than gmc.
