To be honest both are not Tier-1 b- school. Just for the sake of doing futher studies and adding one more degree to your namesake, then it's well and fine.
Depends on what are the other options!! If you are in a hurry and you think you won't be able to make it to any better colleges going forward, I think you should take any one from these two . At the same time, if you think, you could work for a couple of years and build a profile and then apply for a college, then skip a year. Prepare foe CAT again( if possible) and give it one more shot.
