Which is the best bachelor's degree for preparing best for upse exam after Xll ?
Hi Sujal
In my point of view one of the best option available in ug course to pursue IAS is HUMANITIES..
You can do BA in history, sociology, economics, political science etc, these are optional subjects available in UPSC.
It can be benificial for your preparation in UPSC and you can score very well in those subjects during exam.
Good luck!
Honestly speaking, there is no specific bachelors degree course that is the 'best' for UPSC Civil Service Examinations preparation. Everything boils down to your hard work and dedication.
The basic eligibility criteria is having a Bachelor's degree in any stream or equivalent examination. That means, every graduate is eligible to take this entrance exam irrespective of their streams which makes it equal opportunity game for every candidate.Every year there are several engineers who clear this exam and make their way through the myth that students of humanities have more chances to get through UPSC Civil Service Examinations.
So take up the course which interests you the most for your under graduation. The three or four years of your graduation are quite important for your growth in terms of exposure and experience. You can join any coaching institution to prepare for UPSC but trust me it's your approach that would help you ultimately. You need to be really good at writing answers which cannot be inherited in few months as it is process which is developed over the years.Still,if you want the conventional advice then go for Bachelor's of Arts which is the amalgamation of History,Political science and so many more that would help you with your UPSC preparation. But remember a thing that "Nothing comes easy".
Work hard and always be sure of your calling.
Good luck.
As per my knowledge
Presently on the off chance that you need degree, at that point I would incline toward for BA since its the main degree which is going to help toward all path for IAS arrangement and the subject which you are going to contemplate in BA will help practically 60 70% just when you are going to study or buckle down and rest you need to plan from paper (as it assume imperative job for the test) and just as present undertakings.
On the off chance that you need degree and in the meantime IAS training, at that point you should join UPES dehradun as new course began (BA Public Policy and organization, as Dr. lakshmaiah ias think about circle will give instructing), which will give both training just as BA degree. Or then again you can consider delhi. On the off chance that you are considering IAS you have commit entire yourself for the country and begin your planning from NOW since it isn't so much that in 2 multi month anybody break the IAS (the hardest test).
Begin the planning.
ALL THE BEST.
Thank you
