You can either do B.Sc in biotech or do B.E in biotechnolgy, either way you can end up in high end companies or startups. If you're pursuing B.Sc you need to complete M.Sc to get more experience and well equipped jobs with higher payscale.
3. B.Sc in microbiology - B.Sc and M.Sc in microbiology is in quite a good demand. You get in as a quality analyst in Industries like fssai etc. You get to work with the companies which do research on antibiotics etc. Microbiology is a very vast and good stream to pursue, because for sure you will end up in an industrial jobs with high pay or in any laboratories under research associates, or you can even opt for lecturing.

You also learn some aspects of computer programming which is required in genome technologies.
7. B.Sc and M.Sc in BIOINFORMATICS - If you are a computer lover as well as biology enthusisast then bioinformatics is the right choice. Bioinformatics has been having continous demand than microbiology and others like biotechnology because both biotech and microbiology will require use of computers and technology. BIOINFORMATICS is the bridge between biology and technology. You use computer applications and certain tools to asses any experiments for better results. you even make use of biostats and youll learn basics about biostats in bioinformatics. Youll learn physics, mathematics as well as computer science and programming to use it for biological data sequencing and genome technology. On An average , a bioinformatician earns $95,378 per year in US dollors. Such is the high demand for bioinformaticians. In India you can expect from 4-7 lakh per annum starting salary.

Paramedical courses B.Sc courses - other than above mentiones courses, there is also high demand for paramedical courses like Anesthesia technician, cardiac care technician, physiotherapists, medical record technicians, medical lab technicians etc. Out of all these paramedical course, a physiotherapist has high demand and pay as well. but along with the other courses are also good.
9. Pharmacist - B.Pharma : If youre interseted in pharmaceutical sciences, then B.pharma or M.pharma, D.pharma etc is the best course.
