with 6k obc ncl rank which iit can I get?

According to the rank and category mentioned by you in the question you have good chances of getting the enlisted IITs if an only if you are female :-

• IIT Delhi

• IIT Indore

First of all you need to qualify JEE Advanced with prescribed cut off marks so that you are eligible for the entering in CRL and counselling process.
