Yes, I have already made it clear that JNU Entrance exam will be on 27-30 December in Online mode consisting of MCQs. You can check out the notice by JNU by visiting the following link:

Sir i want to do MBA in JNU, it accepts CAT score from this year but application date is compleded. What i have to do..?

If application date has passed then u should go to the institution and have a face to face talk about your problems with the concerned authorities but if you are not in the same city or state a brief discussion through a phone call I would suggest though the former solution would be more affective.
